Abbotts College Pretoria East Annual Art
Exhibition
Andrea Vermaak, editor of Supernova,
the mag for curious kids, attended her second annual art exhibition at
Abbotts College Pretoria East and was once again overwhelmed by the learners’ artistic
flair. Grade 10 to 12 learners of the Art and Design Department impressed the
judges too, who had a difficult time deciding whom to award for their
incredibly hard work.

“Every learner who
participated in the exhibition has an incredibly bright future, should they
wish to take up the arts,” says Andrea. “If they show as much enthusiasm and
dedication to their work in any other subject too, they will excel in anything
they endeavour to do. We wish the learners of Abbotts College all the best in their careers and welcome
anyone studying design or illustration to do an internship at BK Publishing.”
We can't wait to see what the learners hold in store for next year's exhibition at this unique school which refreshingly offers opportunities for creativity, individuality and self-expression.
